We're Back from Colorado!

What a fun trip! The kiddo and I went out to visit my parents for just over a week. It was really nice to get away and go back to a place I love so much. It was E's first visit, and I think he liked it too, especially Pa's car and garage lol we did not do too many touristy things, other than the Denver Zoo and Pearl Street Mall. We also went to a great children's museum in Lafayette. The time went by way too fast!!

Now back to real life for just a few weeks, then we are all 3 off to Disneyland!! The whirlwind summer goes on :)

Re-introduction

Oh so much to say, and only now 2.5 months in can I actually take some breathers. I have a long list in my head of what to say about motherhood, its difficulties, it joys and how I feel so different from every other mother I have seen.

On June 1st

Baby E was 11 weeks yesterday! At his 2 month appt, he weighed 9lbs 15 oz, up 1lb 3oz from birth. He lost weight his first month, that is why. But with formula, he is finally getting enough. (He has always liked eating - he likes putting anything is his mouth he can!). He can hold onto objects and has just started reaching out. He has already been to Illinois and Woodloch Pines in PA. Disneyland is next! He is a great kid! And soon he'll be able to DO stuff!!!

It has been quite an adjustment! We still are adjusting LOL!!! so I am planning on getting this blog back on track, at the very least posting some sales and deals and giveaways. And more about my life, at least to have a bit of a memory book? I missed the deadlines for some giveaways, unfortunately, but hopefully I can get this going again and pick up some more fans :) I'm going to try to post regularly - maybe not every day but regularly! thank you to everyone who is still around!!

Snow Day!!!

I called out today... I'm sure I'll get yelled at Monday but whatever. My life is worth more than my job!

In 2WW news, I had a very strange dream the other night.... in a night of strange dreams! It was about CM. lol Yeah, I don't know! I really don't think this month is the month though. :(

Good news of the day... I just made a deal with J... he's going to shovel :D And I am going to empty the dishwasher and wash the dishes. No problem. I'll probably make some cookies too today! A good snow day activity.

TTC Month 2

After a few months of stress, Jeff and I are TTCing again. However, I think I missed my O... I have been temping but while we were away I stopped. Figures that week wasthe big week. Being in a hotel room with thin walls, I was too scared to even try. Or maybe more embarrassed? LOL Anyway, we tried after we got back but I'm not holding out hope this month. :(

But in preparation, I had a little fun with the Make Me Babies web site. I learned about it from Patricia over at Tales of an Almost Mommy.As scary as her pictures are@ I decided to make a few of my own.

Baby 1 actually isn't so bad looknig. A little flat faced but not bad. And he apparently has J's love of hoodies lol!
