alternaVites Kids is easy to eat. You can sprinkle a little at a time on the tongue or you can sprinkle it in yogurt, smoothies, puddings, etc. Above, you can see that the entire package is sprinkled on my yogurt. I found it mixed it perfectly and added a touch of the flavor. It would be a great way to hide vitamins if your child is picky! It was also fun to sprinkle on my tongue and letting it dissolve.
